REQUIREMENTS

The program is spread across 8 weeks and is specially designed for busy professionals. Each week would approximately need 90 mins ( 1.5 hours) of reading time ; 90 minutes (1.5 hours) of practice time and a live learning session with a “Resilience Coach”. Finding time to complete each module as intended will not only help you make desired progress ; but will help you reinforce the self-learning. You will need to commit to a daily practice routine, complete assessments as suggested and engage with participants regularly. The content of the entire program is practical, scientific, and application-based . The idea is to engage you and in a series of small but intentional reinforcing behaviors that will allow you to avoid burning out, and instead, burn bright & show up as your best self in your professional and personal life.
CHALLENGE : Resilient people view difficulty as a challenge, not as a paralyzing event. They see failures and mistakes as lessons to be learned from - opportunities for growth.
