She employs an empathetic approach to developing rapport with clients using different evidence-based counseling and stress reduction skills. She is passionate about promoting mental health and fostering overall well-being for all chents. Also, she is eager to learn more about the therapeutic process as she goes forward with it. She is a dedicated psychologist helping clients to navigate through their psychological struggles. She also uses an empathetic approach to help her clients be independent and achieve their goals in a safe, nurturing and non- judgemental environment. She is open-minded and welcomes people with diverse backgrounds, helping them look at things from a different perspective. She resonates with the importance of self-acceptance and self- love.
