Srijita has a B.Sc in Psychology and M.Sc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta and has completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from The Institute of Psychiatry (Centre of Excellence, registered by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)) and attached to the SSKM hospital, one of the foremost Government hospitals in Kolkata.
Srijita works as a Clinical Psycologist at The mind research Foundation and has intense experience of more than two years of experience in conducting comprehensive psychometric tests, including projective tests and personality assessments of clients with various mental disorders including Depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis, substance dependence and Borderline Personality Disorder. She is also experienced in conducting Behavior therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy on children as well as adults, which are suited to the needs of the clients. Her domain of Expertise and skills include Clinical Psychology, General Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Psychometrics, Neuropsychological Assessment, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy.
A seasoned professional she has experience in end to end mental health counseling including, psychological assessments- both IQ assessments and comprehensive psychometric tests as well as psychotherapy. Being a part of one of the top registered government hospitals in Kolkata, she has a chance to conduct psychometric evaluation and therapies on clients suffering from a variety of mind related disorders. Some of the disorders that she has experience in treating include Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders such as Depression and Bipolar Affective Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, different Personality Disorders as well as childhood disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, etc.
Furthermore, she has in depth theoretical knowledge of Psychoanalysis, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Logotherapy, Existential therapy, Client centered therapy, Family and marital therapy and different Mindfulness Based therapies such as mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Alexandra Sjöström has a Swedish clinical/neuropsychology license, and is also is a chartered Occupational Psychologist with an experience of 12 years in the field of Psychology. Since her graduation in 2003 she has worked with leadership assessment and development, as well as neuropsychological assessment and training of patients with cognitive/memory problems and head traumas. She has conducted group training and research within the concept of Mindfulness and its benefits on overall physical and mental health. She is passionate about change, development and well-being, and believes that with the right mind-set everything is possible; you just need to learn the tools and be persistent.
As she puts it: “My commitment to MRF stems from my deep embedded passion of being part of a mental health system that incorporates the spiritual, social, and behavioural components of mental health challenges. I stand by the vision of MRF because it challenges outdated ideas, sees the issues holistically and puts its ideas into action by marshalling resources exactly where the field needs them.”
Coming from Sweden and having worked in the sphere of psychology in different parts of the world Alexandra believes that human beings everywhere are the same. MRF is intended to be a place where individuals are free to explore themselves in a non-demanding, non-judgmental atmosphere and examine their emotional needs and find solutions to their difficulties. Our team of psychotherapists here are compassionate facilitators of this process; she says.
Alexandra is the mother of three children, and over the years she has lived in Sweden, the UK, Australia, Dubai and now India. She spends her free time traveling and exploring, exercising, baking and cooking.

He completed M.D. Psychiatry from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi in 2012 and MBBS from Grant Medical College, Mumbai in 2009. Divya Bopanna has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mangalore University. With a good knowledge of MS office, she follows a deligent administrative domain. She has been the flag holder to discuss the organization’s philosophy, mission and values, from time to time during retreats, meetings etc to ensure that everyone knows what they’re working towards. She has always followed a two-way open communication eventually breaks down the hurdles present in hierarchical or bureaucratic organizations. According to her, The transparent and open form of communication at Athoz addresses the employee’s need to feel what they have to say has some value. It is what makes employees feel that they belong in the organization. Mrs. Divya believes in amending trust in day-to-day interactions between co-workers, as well as between subordinates and supervisors. She believes that everyone is more united with the organization’s mission in their mind and contains mutual respect among all employees, regardless of their official statuses.
Vishwakirti spearheads the Mind Research Foundation’s delivery, operations, next practices and Research Collaborations. With a highly successful blend of professional experience and a strong academic background Dr. Vishwakirti brings to life the vision of transforming lives through high-quality evidence-based neuro-science based cognitive interventions. A gold-medalist in Computer Applications, Dr. Vishwakirti earned an MBA in Human Resource Management with a University Rank from University Business School, Punjab University, and later a PhD in Management with research focus on Entrepreneurship Development. Additionally, she holds a Degree in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne with distinction. Post a decade long stint and a highly successful blend of professional experience both in India and abroad working with organizations like Quark Inc., Trident Industries, Noted Careers – Australia, TCIS – Asian International College, Singapore and the Government of India ; it was her inner-calling to find her deeper purpose in life and leave a lasting impact on people’s lives and hence she set-out to form MRF.
