Towards the same; we are glad to introduce to you our AI Embedded Virtual Assistant ‘Sarah’. The Whatsapp based solution allows us to capture individual Behavioural health responses and in turn help individuals prevent the occurrence of psychological issues. The solution is an integrated model that allows users to interact with The Virtual Assistant on a regular basis sharing their thoughts and responses through a series of curated communication exchanges. This allows users to self introspect and align their thoughts for bettering their emotional wellbeing on a regular basis with daily exercises, self reflection tools and more.

The VA captures individual responses & choices and helps individuals in managing issues like sleep, stress, anger anxiety and many more.  The responses  also allow users to be part of curated learning experiences, spaces to connect with others and grow,  via webinars, online support groups, peer to peer learning and engaging events & programs that  throw light on positive mental health. This type of engagement empowers users to indulge more deeply with their mental health and enhance their Mental Resilience proactively.
